The most important distinguishing feature of the new model is the updated machine head. Now each needle has its own independent foot. What is extremely important, this solution was implemented from the higher-level HCD3 model, which positively affected the rigidity, speed and overall work culture. Using the new head, the threading path has been improved and offers. Thanks to the new design, large spools of thread are now much easier to place on the stand. Our tests show that the average working speed has increased by about 10% compared to its predecessor. This is especially noticeable on long SATIN stitches. A new feature of the HCS3 model is the central cross laser. This makes it especially easy to set the embroidery position.

Beginner embroiderers will especially appreciate its presence as it reduces production waste and greatly facilitates work. The HCS3 model also has a reduced shuttle mechanism elbow, which makes it easier to embroider sleeves. Importantly, the distance from the needle plate hole to the edge of the frame has been significantly reduced, allowing you to embroider closer to the edge of a cap or the sole of a shoe.

The embroidery machine body has a reinforced metal structure, which minimizes the effect of vibrations on the operation of the machine components, thereby extending its operation without failures. This also affects the strength and accuracy of the needle stitch, and therefore the quality of the embroidery. The device uses a brushless electric motor controlled by an inverter - a solution used only in the highest quality industrial machines. The machine drive system constructed in this way is practically indestructible.

The device is intuitive to operate thanks to the 7-inch touchscreen and simplified user interface. This is very useful in cases where the thread breaks during embroidery and when you want to return exactly to the point of the last stitch embroidered.
